Wedding day coordination

Ideal for:

Couples who have planned their wedding but need someone to ensure everything runs according to plan on the day. 

Services include:

  • Assistance from a dedicated wedding coordinator 

  • Visiting wedding venue(s) and discussing your vision and our responsibilities for the wedding day and rehearsal day

  • Coordinating all contracted vendors and liaising with them 2-3 weeks before your wedding day

  • Attending and coordinating the ceremony rehearsal

  • Overseeing and helping with set up (pack down to be discussed) 

  • 8 Hours wedding day management (Extra hours requirement can be negotiated) 

  • Acting as the main point of contact on the wedding day

  • Making sure the venue is ready as per your vision and requirements before guests' arrival

  • Dealing with unforeseen changes and challenges on the wedding day

Let's sit down for a wedding consultation to discuss your vision and any assistance you may require regarding your wedding planning.

 

This fee can be refunded or deducted in the final wedding quote if the wedding planning services are booked within 1 week of the consultation.
